We offer a flexible rental service for everyday essentials, perfect for special home tasks, students, exchange visitors, and temporary residents. How does this service work?
It’s simple! Browse our selection of rental items, choose what you need, and select your rental period. You can choose whether you pick up your rental items from our office, or we deliver everything to your doorstep (extra service), and when you're done, just return the items hassle-free. No long-term commitments, just rent, use, and enjoy!
Is there a deposit or rental fee?
A deposit is required at the time of rental, and it is already included in the kit’s standard price. After the kit is returned in good condition and clean, a portion of the deposit is refunded to the customer. The deposit amount varies for each kit and may vary at the time of renting depending on additional services and other extras.
In general, the deposit serves as coverage for unclean returns, late returns, and/or minor wear and tear, such as scratches and dents.
How long can a rental period be?
The rental period varies depending on the item or package and your specific needs. In most cases, flexible rental terms are available, and we can provide a personalized offer before the items are delivered
For students, the packages usually cover an entire academic year, but pricing can be tailored for shorter or longer durations based on customer needs.
What happens if I damage or lose an item?
If you damage or lose an item, you will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Each case is assessed individually, but negligence or significant damage may incur additional charges if an item is rendered unusable.
Failure to report lost or damaged items could lead to further consequences. Ensure all items are handled with care and hygiene to avoid penalties.
